| 摘 要： | 目的建立限量检查医院制剂姜红活血止痛酊中乌头碱的薄层色谱法。方法以正己烷-乙酸乙酯-甲醇(6.4∶3.6∶1)为展开剂,碘化铋钾试液为显色剂。结果薄层色谱结果显示,供试品溶液色谱中,在与对照品溶液色谱相应位置上显相同颜色斑点,斑点小于对照品斑点,且阴性无干扰。结论所用方法简便、准确、重现性好,可作为姜红活血止痛酊中乌头碱限量检查的依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a TLC method for the detection limit test of aconitine in Jianghonghuoxuezhitong Tincture.Methods Hexane-ethyl acetate-methanol(6.4:3.6:1) was the mobile phase and watery bismuth potassium iodide was a colorant.Results The spots in TLC of the test have the same Rf and color as the reference substance,but no spot in TLC of the negative reference substance.Conclusion This method is simple,accurate and repeatable.It can be used for the detection limit test of aconitine in Jianghonghuoxue... |
