新型眼科手术包头巾的设计与临床应用

目的 研究设计一种新型眼科手术包头巾,避免目前使用普通手术方巾的诸多不便与不足。 方法 选取2009年1月-2010年10月进行眼部手术的240例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为两组即对照组(116例)和观察组(124例)。观察组应用新型手术包头巾,而对照组使用传统手术方巾。观察两组术野的污染率、固定牢固程度、冲洗液外浸率、患者舒适度。 结果 观察组患者的舒适度、固定牢固程度优于对照组,局部污染率及冲洗液外浸率明显减少。 结论 使用新型眼科手术包头巾可提高患者舒适度,减少局部污染。

Design and clinical application of new ophthalmic operating towel

Objective To design a new ophthalmic operating towel to avoid the inconvenients and disadvantages of traditional operatingtowel. Method 240 patients with ophthalmic surgery from January 2009 to October 2010 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the experimental group（n= 124）and the control group （n = 116）. The experimental group were given new designed operating towel, and the control group were given traditional operating towel. Compare the CO in ntamination rate in surgical field, fixity, leachate and patient comfort between 2 groups. Results The fixity of operating towel and patient comfort in the experimental group were better than that the control group, the contamination rate and leachate in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group. Conclusion This new designed operating towel could improve patient corn- fort and reduce local pollution.
