摘    要:目的对杜仲中绿原酸的提取方法进行优选,确定最佳提取工艺。方法采用正交试验表L8(2)7安排试验。结果提取溶剂对杜仲绿原酸百分含量影响最大。结论确定杜仲中绿原酸的最佳提取工艺,即加20%甲醇超声提取,提取次数为2次,每次1 h。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process for chlorogenic acid(CA) in Eucommia ulmoides Oliv.for determining the optimal extraction technology.Methods The L8(2)7 orthogonal table was used to arrange the experiment.Results The extracting solution was the significant effecting factor to the percentage of CA content.Conclusion The best extracting process is adding 20%methyl alcohol,supersonic extraction twice and 1 h for each time.
