芥藻乳宁胶囊治疗乳腺增生病40例

目的 观察芥藻乳宁胶囊治疗乳腺增生病的疗效.方法 将80例门诊确诊为乳腺增生病的患者随机均分为两组,试验组服用芥藻乳宁胶囊,对照组服用乳增宁片,治疗2～4个疗程后,观察并记录乳房疼痛、肿块大小变化等.结果 芥藻乳宁胶囊能显著消除乳腺增生病患者的乳房肿块(痊愈率为77.50%),减轻疼痛(痊愈率为62.50%).结论 该制剂疗效确切,值得临床推广.

Effect of Jiezaoruning Capsule on Treating Mammary Gland Hyperplasia in 40 Cases

Objective To research the therapeutic effect of Jiezaoruning Capsule on mammary gland hyperplasia.Methods 80 patients with mammary gland hyperplasia diagnosed in the outpatients department were randomly divided into two groups.The experiment group was treated with Jiezaoruning Capsule and the control group with Ruzhenning Tablets.After 2-4 treatment courses,the change in breast soreness,lump size and related symptoms were observed.Results Jiezaoruning Capsule could significantly eliminate mammary gland lump with the cure rate of 77.50%and alleviate sore breast with the cure rate of 62.50%.Conclusion Jiezaoruning Capsule has definite therapeutic effect on mammary gland hyperplasia,which is worth clinical promotion.
