| 摘 要： | 生物科家在纳米生物学领域提出了许多富有挑战性的新观念。文章研究分子(纳米)器件有关的功能分子材料、组装技术、微细加工技术及表征测量技术;以及分子器件和集成分子器件形成分子电路或系统的相关理论、实现技术及其应用的学科。

| Abstract: | Biomedical scienctists have put forward many new concepts full of challenge in the region of Nano-biology science.In this paper,the authors explored the relational functional molecule material,installation technology,micro-processing technology and token measure technology of nano-molecule devices.Meanwhile,we discussed the theory,realizing technology and its applied subjects about the formation of molecule circuit or system by molecule device and intergrated molecule device. |
