摘    要:目的探讨苍术油滴丸的最佳制备工艺。方法采用均匀设计法,以圆整度、丸重差异和崩解时限为指标对苍术油滴丸的制备工艺进行优选。结果苍术油滴丸的最佳工艺条件为含药量15%,聚乙二醇6 000∶聚乙二醇4 000=60∶40,料液温度70℃,滴距为2 cm。结论优选的制备工艺方法简便可行,试验结果可靠,适用于实验室小量制备和放大生产。

Abstract:Objective To establish the optimized preparation procedure of Atractylodies volatile oil dropping pills.Methods The preparation conditions were studied with the index spherical degree,weight variation and disintegration time limit by uniform design.Results The optimized condition as follow:the proportion of Atractylodies volatile oil was 15%,PEG(6 000 ∶4 000)was 60 ∶40,the temperature of mixture of Atractylodies volatile oil and PEG was 70 ℃,dropping distance was 2 cm.Conclusion The preparation procedure is feasible,simple and suitable,the method established in this paper can be adopted for the quality control of Atractylodies volatile oil dropping pills and can be used for production on alarge scale.
