苦参碱注射液治疗慢性乙型肝炎36例

目的 观察苦参碱治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效.方法 将72例患者随机均分为治疗组和对照组,各36例,对照组给予常规的护肝治疗,治疗组加用苦参碱注射液300 mg静脉滴注,1次/d,疗程均为16周.结果 治疗组在临床症状、体征、肝功能及肝纤维化指标的改善方面均较对照组有显著性差异.治疗组与对照组临床有效率分别为80.56%和63.89%(P<0.05).两组均未发现明显不良反应.结论 苦参碱退黄速度快、肝功能恢复快,对慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效和延缓肝纤维化的作用均优于常规护肝治疗.

Efficacy Observation of Matrine Injection in Treating 36 Cases of Chronic hepatitis B

Objective To observe the efficacy of Matrine Injection in treating the patient with chronic hepatitis B.Methods 72 patients with chronic hepatitis B were randomly divided into treatment group and control group randomly and evenly.The control group（36 cases） was treated with regular liver protection therapy,while the treatment group（36 cases） was added with adding Matrine Injection 300 mg,once daily on the base of regular therapy.Both treatment courses were 16 weeks.The changes on indexes of clinical symptoms,signs,liver function and hepatic fibrosis after treatment in both two groups were observed.Results Significant differences in the improvement of indexes of clinical symptoms,signs,liver function and hepatic fibrosis were found between the two groups.The clinical efficacy rates were 80.56%in the treatment group and 63.89%in the control group respectively（P 0.05）.No significant ADR was found among the patients in both groups.Conclusion Matrine Injection is found to possess the efficacy of fast removal of jaundice and rapid recovery of liver function,which is superior to regular liver protection therapy in clinical efficacy and delaying liver fibrosis for chronic hepatitis B patient.
