| 摘 要： | 目的 观察中西医结合治疗老年良性前列腺增生症的临床疗效.方法 对老年良性前列腺增生症采用中西医结合治疗,连续服药3个月后采用自身前后对照的方法进行临床疗效评价.结果治疗3个月后前列腺体积存在显著差异(P ＜ 0.05),且国际前列腺症状评分问卷表(IPSS)评分、生活质量(QOL)评分、最大尿流量、残余尿量各项指标在治疗3个月后存在极显著差异(P ＜ 0.01).结论 中西药结合治疗老年良性前列腺增生症取得了较好的效果,符合国情,值得临床推广.
