摘    要:目的建立测定脑力静糖浆中甘草次酸含量的高效液相色谱法。方法色谱柱为Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%冰醋酸(80∶20),流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长250 nm。结果甘草次酸质量浓度在13.44~134.4μg/mL范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好,线性回归方程为Y=37 856.66 X+8.63(r=0.999 98),平均回收率为99.06%,RSD=0.62%(n=5)。结论该方法操作简便、专属性强、结果准确,可用于脑力静糖浆的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of glycyrrhetinic acid in Naolijing Syrup.Methods The chromatographic system consisted of Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18 column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) with methanol-1%glacial acetic acid(80 ∶20) as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and the detecting wavelength was 250 nm.Results Glycyrrhetinic acid had the good linear relation in the range of 13.44-134.4 μg/mL.The linear equation was Y=37 856.66X+8.63(r=0.999 98),the average recovery rate was 99.06%,RSD=0.62%(n=5).Conclusion The established method is simple,convenient and accuracy with strong specificity,which can be used for the quality control of Naolijing Syrup.
