| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药材不同粉碎程度对安神胶囊在人工胃液中溶出量的影响。方法以不同粉碎度的中药材药粉制备样品,以五味子醇甲含量为测定指标,以桨法测定药物在人工胃液内45 min的溶出量。结果不同粉碎度中药材制得的安神胶囊中五味子醇甲在人工胃液内溶出量没有显著差异。结论在制剂过程中,安神胶囊中药材粉碎无需过细,以50～100目为宜。
