摘    要:目的了解医院抗感染药物不良反应(ADR)的发生特点,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法对医院2007年至2009年抗感染药物不良反应报告进行回顾性分析。结果抗感染药物所致不良反应的年龄段以40~59岁最高(32.63%),静脉给药的发生率(88.20%)最高,发生率前3位为头孢菌素类(39.62%)、喹诺酮类(31.31%)和大环类酯类(10.94%);累及系统器官以皮肤及其附件损害最多(46.09%),其次为消化系统(22.64%);严重的不良反应临床表现以过敏性休克和皮疹为主。结论临床医生在使用抗感染药物时,需要高度警惕不良反应的危害性,合理选用药物和给药途径,以避免或减少不良反应的发生。

Abstract:Objective To understand the characteristics of adverse drug reactions(ADR) caused by anti-infection drugs to provide the evidence for clinical rational medication.Methods The reported cases of ADR induced by anti-infection drugs in our hospital during 2007 —2009 were analyzed retrospectively.Results ADR cases induced by anti-infection drugs were mainly 40-59 years old(32.63%).The venous administration had the highest incidence rate of ADR,in which the top three places were in turn cephamycin(39.62%),quinolones(31.31%) and macrolides (10.94%).The most common involved system and organ were the damage of skin and adnexa(46.09%) and followed by the digestive system(22.64%).The manifestations of severe ADR were mainly anaphylactic shock and exanthema.Conclusion In use of anti-infection drugs,clinical doctor needs to highly alert the harmfulness of ADR and rationally select the anti-infection drugs and administration route to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR.
