| 摘 要： | 目的:观察常规治疗新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的基础上加用高压氧治疗的临床疗效及头颅CT改变。方法:采用自身对照法选择入院后已确诊为HIE,病情稳定,生后7d以上的患儿给予高压氧治疗。结果:临床症状明显好转,头颅CT正常为21例,无效2例。结论:高压氧治疗HIE疗效显著,CT改善明显,有待进一步随诊研究。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of cranial CT imaging of hyperbaric oxygen based on routine treatment in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:The naonates with comfirmed HIE received hyperbaric oxygen after 7 day birth.The results were analyzed by own control method.Results:The clinical manifestations of HIE improved.21 cases showed normal cranical CT images.The therapy was ineffective in 2 cases.Conclusion:Hyperbaric oxygen is effective in treatment of HIE.The CT images shows obvious improvement.It should be furtherly researched. |
