| 摘 要： | 目的总结37例颈椎骨折致脊髓损伤患者的护理经验。方法术前对患者进行心理护理、颅骨牵引和肺功能训练;术后重点进行呼吸道、胃肠道、体位、手术切口护理,观察脊髓神经功能,监测电解质水平,预防并发症及康复指导。结果37例患者皆以良好的心态平稳度过危险期,走上了康复训练之路。结论细致周到的护理有助于提高患者的生存质量。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing experience for 37 patients with spine cord injuries induced by cervical vertebrae fracture.Methods Preoperative nursing included:mental nursing,skull traction nursing,lung function training;postoperative nursing included:respiratory tract nursing,spine function observation,body position nursing,incision observation,gastrointestinal tract nursing,metabolic effect observation,complication nursing and health directions.Results All of the patients recovered from illness with favourable mental.Conclusion Well-considered nursing could help boosting patient's the quality of life. |
