应用腹腔镜施行子宫手术的研究

目的：讨论应用腹腔镜施行子宫手术在妇科的临床价值。方法：对118例因不同原因需要行全子宫切除术及子宫肌瘤剥出术患者，采取腹腔镜下手术及剖腹手术，对不同手术方式、适应症、及术中、术后情况进行比较。结果：两种术式在适应症及切除子宫及出肌瘤大小上无显著区别。腹腔镜下子宫切除及肌瘤剥出手术，术中出血量明显减少，而手术时间并未延长。而且腹腔镜下子宫手术具有术后病率低，抗生素用量少，无需用镇静剂，术后恢复快等优点。结论：腹腔镜下施行子宫手术具有微创效优的特点，值得临床推广应用。

Laparoscopic Surgery on Uterus

Objective:To evaluate the clinical significaney of gynecological laparoscopic surgery on uterus.Methods:118 paients with different gynecological diseases were treated with hysterectomy or metromyomectomy,through laparoscopic or open procedures randomly.Operation patterns,indications,Intra-and postoperative conditions of these two procedures were compared.Results:There were no significant differences in indication and size of myoma or uterus between laparoscopic and open procedures.Compared with open procedure,laparoscopic operation had characteristics of decreased bleeding,quicker recovery,less requirment of antibiotics,no requirment of sedative,and no prolonged operating time.Conclusions:Laparoscopic surgery is worthy of being spreaded owing to its benefit.
