复方甘草酸苷治疗抗结核药物性肝炎临床观察

目的探讨复方甘草酸苷在治疗抗结核药物性肝炎中的作用。方法84例由抗结核药物引起的药物性肝炎患者均停用抗结核治疗药物,在护肝治疗基础上分别应用复方甘草酸苷(治疗组n=42)和肝泰乐(对照组n=42)进行治疗,4周为1疗程;对两组患者肝损害情况(ALT、AST、TBIL)及预后进行分析比较。结果两组患者症状、体征的恢复无明显差异(p>0.05)。治疗组治愈及好转40例(95.2%),对照组治愈及好转31例(73.8%),治疗组肝功能损害恢复情况优于对照组,两组差异显著(p<0.05))。结论在结核患者进行抗结核治疗过程中,应加强肝功能监测;复方甘草酸苷治疗抗结核药物引起的药物性肝炎疗效显著。

THE CLINICAL OBSERVATION OF THE EFFECTS OF COMPOUND GLYCYRRHIZIN IN TREATING HEPATITIS CAUSED BY ANTI-TUBERCULOSIS DRUGS

Objective To explore the effect of compound glycyrrhizin in treating hepatitis caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.Methods 84 hepatitis patients caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs were divided into two groups.With the basic treatment,one group used compound glycyrrhizin(observe group n=42)while the other group used glucurolactone(control group n=42).Analyze and compare the level of ALT、AST、TBIL and the prognosis of liver damage between the two groups.Results There was no marked difference in symptoms recover.There were 40 cases for clinical cure or improvement in observe group(95.2%)and 31 cases in control group(73.8%),the liver function and the prognosis in observe group were better than in control group.There were significant difference between the two groups(p<0.05).Conclusion Monitoring the liver function should be reinforced when the anti-tuberculosis treatment is proceeding on the tuberculosis patient.Compound glycyrrhizin is effective in treating hepatitis caused by anti-tuberculosis drugs.
