| Abstract: | Mifepristone is an anti progestin which acts at receptor level. It is widely used for artificial abortion in early pregnancy, but its detailed mechanism of action is to be explored. In this article we reviewed the pharmaceutical dynamics, new researches on the mechanism of action and side effects of mifepristone. |
