| 摘 要： | 回顾性总结36例慢性肺源性心脏病急性发作伴多脏器衰竭的护理,认为通过正确有效排痰、合理给氧以及必要时行机械通气以保持呼吸道通畅,采取措施控制感染并预防感染加重或再感染,严密观察病情变化等可以有效提高治疗和护理效果,从而改善病人的生活质量.

| Abstract: | It summarized nursing care of 36 patients with acute episode of chronic cor pulmonale and complicated with multi-organ failure retrospectively. It considered that through correct and effective sputum aspiration, reasonable oxygen therapy and mechanical ventilation if needed to keep respiratory tract unobstructed for patients, by adopting strategies to control infection and to prevent infection aggravated or re-infection, and by closely observing changes of illness condition of patients can effectively enhance treatment and nursing effect, and then improve the quality of life of patients. |
