硬化性上皮样纤维肉瘤1例报道并文献复习

目的探讨硬化性上皮样纤维肉瘤的临床病理特点及鉴别诊断要点。方法对1例硬化性上皮样纤维肉瘤进行临床病理分析及免疫组化研究。结果肿物位于肩背部深肌层，鱼肉样，灰白色；镜下瘤细胞形态基本一致，呈圆形、卵圆形，胞质空而透亮，似上皮细胞，间质呈现明显的玻璃样变，免疫组化，vimentin( )。结论本瘤的特征是在大量硬化性间质的背景下出现上皮样肿瘤细胞，免疫组化仅vimentin( )。

Sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma:a case report and review of literature

Objective To study the clinical pathologic characteristics and differential diagnosis of sclerosing epithelioid fibrosarcoma (SEF). Methods One case of SEF was studied by clinical data analysis, light microscopy and immunohistochemistry. Results The tumour was located in soft tissues of the shoulder. The lesions were gray-white in colour, and hard in consistency. Histologically, they were composed of epithelioid round to ovoid small cells with a sparse cytoplasm and a very low mitotic activity. The tumour cells formed cords and alveoli or were scattered individually within a dense hyalinized collagenous stroma. Immunohistochemically, the neoplastic cells were positive for vimentin. Conclusion The pathologic characteristics of SEF are epithelioid tumour cells within a dense hyalinized collagenous stroma and only vimentin positive expression.
