| 摘 要： | 针对目前高等护理教育规模的扩大,提出基于PDCA循环的护理本科毕业论文的过程管理。着重介绍如何在保障护理本科毕业论文质量工作中将PDCA循环各工作步骤有机地与教学管理密切结合,为有效实现教学科学管理、获得良好的管理效能进行积极探索。

| Abstract: | Based on the expansion of the scale of higher nursing education,the author proposes PDCA Cycle based process management in the graduation theses among nursing undergraduates. This paper introduces how to integrate the various steps of PDCA Cycle with the teaching management in the process of ensuring the quality of nursing undergraduate thesis,in order to effectively implement scientific management and achieve good management effect. |
