左半结肠癌并肠梗阻一期切除吻合46例临床分析

目的探讨左半结肠癌并肠梗阻采用一期切除吻合术的可行性。方法回顾分析46例左半结肠癌并肠梗阻患者采用一期切除吻合术的临床资料。结果采用一期切除吻合术的46例中,无吻合口瘘、腹腔脓肿等严重并发症;无围手术期死亡;术后发生切口感染3例;切口裂开2例。结论一期切除吻合术在左半结肠癌并肠梗阻中的应用是完全可行的。

Clinical analysis of one- stage resection and anastomosis of 46 cases of left colon cancer with intestinal obstraction

Objective To explore feasibility of one - stage resection and anastomosis for the treatment of left colon cancer with obstruction. Methods Clinical data of patients with left colon cancer with obstruction performed with one - stage resection and anastomosis were analyzed retrospectively. Results Of all cases, none complications such as anastomotic leakage and peritoneal abscess occurred, none died during the peri - operative period, infection of incisional wound appeared in 3 cases, disruption of wound occurred in 2 cases. Conclusion Application of one- stage resection and anastomosis for the treatment of left colon cancer with obstruction is absolutely feasible.
