细叶桉叶的化学成分预试实验

目的:通过预试验,初步探索细叶桉叶的化学成分.方法:采用试管法,对细叶桉叶的石油醚、水、95%乙醇提取物进行研究,通过多种指示剂和显色剂的沉淀反应或颜色反应.初步推断细叶桉叶中可能含有的化学成分.结果:通过预试验,提示细叶桉叶中可能含有多肽、糖类、皂苷、糅质、有机酸、挥发油、黄酮类、酚类、强心苷类、甾体类等化学成分.结论:此试验为进一步进行该植物的生物活性成分研究提供了实验基础.
