三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡50例临床分析

目的探讨奥美拉唑、阿莫西林及克拉霉素三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法收集50例消化性溃疡患者,随机分为实验组和对照组,每组25例,实验组使用奥美拉唑、阿莫西林及克拉霉素三联疗法,对照组使用雷尼替丁、阿莫西林及克拉霉素三联疗法,对比2种三联疗法的疗效差异。结果实验组治疗后治愈率为68%,总有效率为90%,相比对对照组的52%及76%,实验组均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后半年实验组复发率为8%,对照组为24%,实验组复发率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义。结论奥美拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素三联疗法治疗消化性溃疡疗效显著,值得在临床推广。

50 Cases of Triple Therapy in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy for the peptic ulcer;Methods 50 cases of peptic ulcer patients were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,the experimental group using omeprazole,amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy and the control group using ranitidine,amoxicillin and clarithromycin triple therapy,compare the differences in efficacy of two triple therapy.Results The cure rate of the group treatment was 68%,total effective rate was 90%,compared to 52% and 76% of the control group,the experimental group were higher,the difference was statistically significant,the recurrence rate of the experimental group after six months was 8% and the recurrence rate of control group was 24%,the recurrence rate of the experimental group is lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion Omeprazole,amoxicillin,clarithromycin triple therapy for peptic ulcer was significantly effect,it is worth in clinical.
