大黄灌肠治疗重症肺炎并发肠麻痹的效果与护理

目的]探讨大黄灌肠治疗重症肺炎并发肠麻痹的效果。方法]将46例重症肺炎并发肠麻痹病人随机分为干预组26例和对照组20例，对照组给予常规治疗及精心的护理，干预组在常规治疗的基础上给予大黄灌肠治疗，观察两组病人腹胀缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、肠呜音恢复时间及首次排便时间。结果]干预组病人腹胀缓解时间、腹痛缓解时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及首次排便时间均短于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论]大黄灌肠配合精心的护理能有效治疗重症肺炎引起的肠麻痹。

Effect of rhubarb enema for severe pneumonia patients complicated with intestinal paralysis and nursing care of it

Objective： To probe into the effect of rhubarb enema for treat-ment of severe pneumonia patients complicated with intestinal paralysis. Methods ; A total of 46 cases of severe pneumonia patients complicated with intestinal paralysis were randomly divided into intervention group （26 ca-ses） and control group （20 cases）. The control group cases received con-ventional treatment and meticulous care,the intervention group cases were given rhubarb enema treatment based on conventional treatment, then to observe the bloating relief time, relief time, bowel sounds recovery time and first defecation time between two groups of patients. Results：The bloating relief time, abdominal pain relief time, recovery time of bowel sounds and the first defecation time of intervention group patients were shorter than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Rhubarb enema combined with meticulous care can effectively treat the intestinal paralysis caused by severe pneumonia.
