高转移涎腺腺样囊性癌ACC-M细胞侵袭羊膜的实验研究

为了研究高转移涎腺腺样囊性癌ＡＣＣ－Ｍ细胞侵袭ＩＶ型胶原的能力，本文采用Ｂｏｙｄｅｎ小室，以人羊膜为靶组织，以涎腺腺样囊性癌ＡＣＣ－２细胞和高转移克隆株ＡＣＣ－Ｍ细胞作为侵袭细胞，观察二种细胞的体外侵袭行为。结果表明二种细胞对羊膜均有不同程度的侵袭作用，但在时间上ＡＣＣ－Ｍ具有较强的侵袭能力，为进一步研究提供了实验模型。

STUDY ON HIGH METASTATIC CELL LINE ACC-M INVADING THROUGH THE HUMAN AMNION IN VITRO.

Objective:In order to study invasive and metastastic ability of high-metastatic clone ACC-M,selected from salivary adenoid cystic carcinoma cell line ACC-2. Method:In vitro assay of invasiveness was designed with Boyden Chamber.Human amnotic membrance was used as target tissue,which is mainly made up of collagen IV.ACC-M cell and ACC-2 cell were put on the surface of amnotic membrance in Byder chamber and cultured in 37℃ incubator in three days.After 1st,2nd,3rd day,amnotic membrance were fixed with formaldehyde and glutaraldehyde and were observed with microscope and electron microscope.Result:The two kinds tumor cell,ACC-M and ACC-2 have the ability to invade amontic membrance.But ACC-M has stronger ability invasion than ACC-2,it can invade amontic membrance early.Conclusion:The result suggested that ACC-M have stronger invasion ability.The provide a model for research in invasion and metastasis of Acc.
