| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我科自１９７６年以来诊治的４７２例颌面部骨折病例的临床总结和分析，结合对近年来文献资料的复习，对颌面部骨折的诊断，治疗时机以及各种类型的骨折复位固定方法进行了全面论述，认为微型夹板坚固内固定技术是颌面部骨折较理想的固定方法。

| Abstract: | ?72 patients with fracture of jaw and facial bone were analyzed in this paper. Causes of production of the maxillofacial bone fracture, diagnosis and classification, treatment methods and clinical result of this disease were discussed. We think miniplate rigid internal fixation and intermaxillary fixation are good treatment methods on maxillofacial fracture. But condyle fractures are best treated conservatively. The primary consideration is to have a live patient when jaw fracture with damage of brain, liver of kidney i,e. |
