腮腺沃辛瘤发病情况分析

本文总结２５年中诊治的１７６例腮腺沃辛瘤（Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ瘤）的临床资料进行发病情况分析。腮腺沃辛瘤占同期所有腮腺上皮性肿瘤的１５．３％，良性肿瘤的２０．６％。将２５年平均分为５个研究周期，Ｗａｒｔｈｉｎ瘤在所有腮腺肿瘤以及良性肿瘤中的构成比均呈稳定上升趋势，９０年代初比７０年代初增长３倍。患者的性别差异无明显变化，女性患者的比例无明显上升，男女比例持续保持在６：１左右。发病年龄集中在５０～６９岁，６０岁以上有逐渐递增趋势

STUDY ON THE INCIDENCE OF WARTHIN TUMOR IN PAROTID GLAND

In order to investigate the incidence of Warthin tumor in parotid gland,176 cases of Warthin tumor treated in the past 25 years were analysed.During the 25 years between 1970 and 1994,1152 cases of epithelial tumors in parotid gland were treated in School of Stomatology,Beijing Medical University.856 cases (74.3%) werebenign tumors,296 cases (25.7%) were malignant ones.176 cases were Warthin tumor,which accounted for 15.3% of all parotid epithelial tumors,and 20.6% of benign parotid tumors.The percentage of Warthin tumor showed steady increase in incidence during the 25 years.During the period of the first five years (1990～1974),Warthin tumor accounted for 5.2% of all parotid epithelial tumors,and 7.1% of benign parotid tumors.During the period of the last five years (1990～1994),Warthin tumor accounted for 22.5% of all parotid epithelial tumors,and 29.2% of benign parotid tumors.The incidence of Warthin tumor at the beginning of nineties has been increased four times as against the beginning of seventies.There was no obvious changes in the sex difference without an increased incidence of women,The ratio of M:F kept in 6:1.The highest occurrences was concentrated in the 6th and 7th decade,when approximately 80% of Warthin tumors presentented.Incidence was gradually increased in more than 60 years old patients.The accurate diagnosis and treatment of Warthin tumor has become more important because of its increased incidence.
