| Abstract: | Now semisolid matrix(SSM) is mainly used in two fields of pharmaceutics: preparing sustained drug-release dosage forms and enhancing the bioavailibility of drugs. In this article, the application of SSM in preparing sustained release pharmaceutical formulations was summarized in the respects of their compositions, preparations, influencing factors on their in vitro release and so on. |
