碘伏消毒液杀菌效果及相关性能评价

目的评价碘伏消毒液杀菌效果,验证其相关性能,为正确、合理、有效地使用消毒剂提供科学依据。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和理化分析方法进行实验室观察。结果以含有效碘300mg/L的碘伏消毒液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和铜绿假单胞菌作用1.5m in,杀灭对数值均>5.00;对白色念珠菌作用3.0m in,杀灭对数值>4.00。用含有效碘500 mg/L的碘伏消毒液对受试者手和皮肤分别浸泡擦拭消毒3.0m in,对手和皮肤表面自然菌的杀灭对数值均>1.00;能量试验最低合格浓度为200mg/L。消毒液稳定性试验结果表明,可将有效期定为2年。结论碘伏消毒液杀菌效果稳定性良好。

Evaluation on Sterilization Effect of Iodine Disinfectant and its other fetusec

Objective In order to evaluate sterilization effect of iodine disinfectant and its relative capability so as to provide scientific basis for using iodine disinfectant correctly,reasonly and effectly.Methods The suspension quantitative sterilization test,physics and chemistry analysis were conducted in laboratory.Results The Staphylococcus aureus ATCC6538,Escherichia coli 8099,Pseudomonas aeruginosa ATCC15442 could be killed by iodine disinfectant of 300mg/L available iodine for 1.5min,the killing log value was above 5.00.Test the Candida albicans ATCC10231 for 3.0min,the killing log value was above 4.00.The field test showed that the iodine disinfectant of 500mg/L available iodine was effective for natural bacteria on hands and skin for 3.00min,the killing log value was above 1.00.The power test showed that the lowest eligible concentration of the disinfectant was 200 mg/L.The stability test showed that the period of validity could be 2 years.Conclusions The iodine disinfectant had good efficacy in killing bacteria and good stability.
