| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清组织多肽特异性抗原（TPS）的检测对肺癌的临床诊断价值。方法用酶联免疫吸附试验法分别检测160例肺癌患者与151例健康体检者的血清TPS水平并进行比较分析。结果肺腺癌、肺鳞癌、小细胞肺癌及大细胞肺癌的阳性率分别为81．4％、78．4％、70．0％、72．5％，肺癌的总阳性率为75．6％，健康对照组的阳性率为7．1％。肺癌的总阳性率与各病理类型肺癌的阳性率都明显高于健康对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论肺癌患者血清TPS阳性检出率较高，对肺癌患者的临床诊断有应用价值，是诊断肺癌的一种敏感的肿瘤标志物。
