宜昌市夷陵区妊娠期妇女贫血相关知信行调查分析

目的 了解妊娠期妇女对妊娠期贫血的知信行状况.方法 以宜昌市夷陵区妇幼保健院管理的妊娠期妇女为研究对象,通过对其妊娠期贫血防治相关知识、态度和行为的调查,了解妊娠期妇女的贫血相关知信行现状.结果 妊娠期妇女对于贫血防治的态度较为积极,但对妊娠贫血的诊断标准、常见症状、贫血的危害等知识的知晓率较低.经多元Logistic回归分析显示,是否知晓贫血标准（OR=4.76,95％CI=2.00～11.32）、是否知晓妊娠期应该补铁（OR=3.01,95％CI=2.00～4.52）,以及是否愿意了解预防贫血的知识（OR=7.81,95％CI=1.03～59.23）等是影响妊娠期妇女采取有效防治行为的主要因素.此外,不同妊娠周期的孕妇获取妊娠贫血知识的途径差异不大.结论 妊娠期妇女掌握正确的妊娠期贫血防治知识和采取防治措施的比例较低,需有针对性地加强当地妊娠贫血防治工作.

The Survey on the Knowledge,Belief and Hehavior of Anemia in Pregnant Women in Yiling,Yichang City

Objectives To investigate the stagus of the knowledge, belief and behavior of anemia in pregnant women in Yiling district, Yichang. Methods A comprehensive survey was performed among the 1 455 pregnant women who were in the regular checkups in the maternal and child health hospital of Yiling District, Yichang from Oct 2012 to Oct 2013. Results The pregnant women had positive attitude on the pregnant anemia prevention. But they had poor knowledge about diagnosis criteria of pregnancy anemia, the harm of pregnancy anemia and so on. The multivariable logistic regression analysis suggested that whether awareness the diagnosis criteria （OR = 4.76,95 % CI = 2.00-11.32）, awareness the iron supplementary in pregnancy （OR=3.01, 95%CI=2.00-4.52）, willingness to knowthe knowledge of anemia prevention（OR=7.81,95CI=1.03-59.23） were the significant factors for anemia prevention behaviors. The major knowledge sources were community health centers and medicine books. Conclusions The present knowledge and behavior in the pregnant women did not meet the requirement of the anemia prevention. The strengthening the anemia prevention is needed in the future.
