综合医院217例HIV/AIDS病例特征分析

目的 了解在综合医院就诊的HIV/AIDS病例的就诊情况及临床特点,以提高医务人员对HIV/AIDS的认识,减少职业暴露的发生.方法 采用回顾性调查法,收集2010年1月-2013年2月在武汉市某三级甲等医院就诊的HIV/AIDS患者的临床资料,并对其进行相关统计分析.结果 在217例HIV/AIDS患者中,男女比例为3.4∶1,年龄在25～49岁的占70.5％,传播途径主要以经性传播途径感染为主;其中首诊科室主要有呼吸内科和感染科等科室;就诊症状以发热常见;有100例的住院患者合并机会性并发症;除数据缺失外,132例的住院患者实验室检测有不同程度异常,129例住院患者CT或影像学检查有异常改变.结论 HIV/AIDS患者临床表现十分复杂,应提高接诊医护人员艾滋病职业暴露相关知识水平和自我防护意识.

Analysis on the Clinical Characteristics of 217 AIDS Patients in a General Hospital

Objectives To investigate the clinical characteristics of HIV/AIDS patients and help medical workers to recognize HIV/AIDS cases and prevent the occupation exposure. Methods The HIV/ADIS cases from Jan, 2010 to Feb, 2013 were retrospectively investigated in Tongji hospital. The clinical information of each case was collected and included in statistic analysis. Results The male/female ratio of 217 cases was 3.4 versus 1. The percentage of case aged 24-49 years was 70.5%. The major route of transmission was sexual behavior. The departments of re spiratory disease and infectious disease were the major visited departments. Fever was the most common symptom. 100 cases were reported to have an opportunistic infection, 132 cases had an abnormal lab examination results and 129 cares had abnormal sign of CT or imageology test. Conclusions HIV/AIDS cases have complex clinical symptoms. The medical workers need to recognize the clinical symptoms of such disease and prevent the occupational exposure of HIV.
