小剂量肝素钠治疗急性肾小球肾炎疗效分析

目的探讨小剂量肝素钠治疗急性肾小球肾炎的临床有效性和安全性。方法将确诊69例急性肾小球肾炎患儿随机分为肝素钠治疗观察组32例和对照组37例。肝素钠治疗观察组患儿在起病和每次复发时给予肝素钠120-150u／kg加入10％葡萄糖水100ml中静脉点滴，每天一次，连续5天；对照组患儿在起病和每次复发时给予10％葡萄糖水100ml静脉点滴，每天一次，连续5天。两组患儿均同时给予基础治疗（口服维生素C和芦丁C治疗），直至临床症状消失。以后每1周观察尿常规到患儿首次治疗≥3个月。结果肝素钠治疗观察组在治愈率，缓解血尿、蛋白尿、浮肿、尿少等临床症状均明显优于对照组。结论小剂量肝素钠治疗急性肾小球肾炎可以减少轻血尿，特别减轻蛋白尿，对提高肾炎的治疗效果和治愈率；缩短肾炎治疗疗程，防止肾功能衰竭，有很好效果；并且未发现明显副作用。

Analysis of Low-dose Heparin Efficacy in the Treatment of Acute Glomerulonephritis

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of low-dose heparin in the treatment of acute glomerulonephritis. Methods 69 cases of children with acute glomerulonephritis confirmed were randomly divided into observation group （32 cases） and control group （37 cases）. Children in the observation group with heparin therapy were given heparin sodium per 120 - 150 u / kg of water added 10% glucose in 100 ml intravenous drip at onset and relapse, once a day for 5 days; children in the control group at onset and recurrence were given 10% glucose 100 ml intravenous drip, once a day for 5 days. At the same time, two groups of children were given basic treatment （oral vitamin C and rutin C treatment）, until the clinical symptoms disappeared. Later urine was observed every week to the first time in the treatment of children with ≥ 3 months. Results The cure rate, remission ofhematuria, proteinuria, edema, less urine and so on in heparin treatment group were significantly better than that of the control group. Conclusion Low-dose beparin in the treatment of acute glomerulonephritis can reduce the light hematuria, especially the proteinuria, which has a good effect on improving the efficacy and cure rates for the treatment of nephritis, shortening the course of treatmentofnephritis and preventing kidney failure; and no obvious side effects were observed
