摘    要:脑膜瘤是人类常见颅内肿瘤之一,严重威胁着人类健康,目前最主要的治疗手段是手术切除,影像学资料是其术前评估的一种重要手段,多层螺旋CT三维重建能直观地、清楚地、准确地显示肿瘤的大小、供血动脉、引流静脉及其与周围大血管的三维空间关系,同时能够评价静脉窦的通畅程度和颅骨的改变,并能模拟手术入路,增加手术安全性。因此,多层螺旋CT血管三维重建在脑膜瘤术前评估中具有重要的应用价值。

Abstract:Meniengioma is one of the most common intracranial tumors, threatening the human's health seriously. Now the most important therapy is the surgical operation. Imaging data is an important method of preoperation evaluation. Muhislice spiral three-dimensional reconstruction can not only demonstrate the size of tumor,feeding artery, draining vein and its relationship with the three-dimensional space of surrounding great vessels directly, clearly and exactly, but also evaluate the unobstructed degree of sinus and cranioaural changes. This technique can imitate operative approach, increase operative safty. So ,vessel three-dimentional reconstruction by multislice spiral computer tomography has an important application value in preoperative evaluation of meniengioma.
