胞必佳联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水的疗效观察

目的 :探讨胸腔内灌注胞必佳联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水的疗效。方法 :46例住院患者分为治疗组 2 2例 (胞必佳 顺铂 )和对照组 2 4例 (顺铂 ) ,分别进行胸腔注射。结果 :治疗组 CR、PR、NR分别为 8例、1 2例和 2例 ,有效缓解率为90 .9% ;而对照组分别为 5例、1 1例及 8例 ,有效缓解率为 66.6% ,两组间差异有显著意义 (P<0 .0 5)。结论 :胞必佳联合顺铂治疗恶性胸水具有疗效高、毒副反应低的特点

Curative Effect of Combination of Nacardia Pubra Cell Wall Skeleton and Cisplatin in Treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion

Objective:To explore curative effect of combination of Nacardia Rubra Cell Wall Skeleton (N CWS) and cisplatin in treatment of Malignant Pleural Effusion. Methods:Forty eight cases were randomly divided into two groups:therapy group (22 cases) treated by N CWS and cisplatin in pleural injection,and control group (24 cases)treated by cisplatin. Results:Complete response (CR),partial response(PR),No change(NC) and effective relief rate were 8 cases,12 cases,2 cases and 90 9%,respectively in therapy group,Howerer control group were 5 cases,11 cases,8 cases and 66 6%,respectively.The differences were significant between therapy group and control group( P <0.05).Conclusion:Combination of N CWS and cisplation in treatment of mlalignant pleural effussion has the better effect and the lower rates of side effect.
