血清高敏C反应蛋白、IL-6水平与冠状动脉病变相关性分析

目的观察血清高敏C反应蛋白及IL-6水平与冠状动脉病变相关性。方法分别用胶乳免疫增强法和ELISA法测定67例经冠状动脉造影证实为CHD的患者及30例经冠状动脉造影证实无冠状动脉病变的对照组血清hs-CRP、IL-6水平,同时测定血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C水平及周围白细胞变化。根据冠状动脉造影结果将CHD组分为1支、2支、3支病变组,观察其与hs-CRP、IL-6的关系。结果CHD组血清hs-CRP、IL-6及LDL-C与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.01),hs-CRP与IL-6呈正相关(r=0.4829,P<0.01)。随着冠状动脉病变支数的增加,其水平逐渐增高。hs-CRP、IL-6、LDL-C与冠状动脉病变程度呈正相关(r=0.4327,0.3958,0.3584,P<0.05)。结论炎症反应可能参与了冠状动脉病变的发生,检测hs-CRP、IL-6、LDL-C对心血管病变的存在和发生心血管意外的预测和预防有重要的临床意义。

Clinnical significance of serm high sensitivity C-reactive protein and Interlukin-6 in coronary heart disease

Objective To study the clinical vialum of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP)and Interlukin-6 (IL-6)on patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods 67subjects with angiographically documented CHD and 30 subjects without CHD (excludedby coronarography )were measured serum hs-CRP through particle enhanced immuoturbidimetric method by using analysis instrument 7200,IL-6were measured by double antibody assay .LDL-C was examined by one -step method.Results The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6,LDL-C were significantly higher in patients with CHD than those in controls.As the stenosis vessels increased, the hs-CRP,IL-6 also increased (P<0.05)hs-CRP and IL-6 were strong positive correlation between the number of the stenosis vessels.Conclusion Lesions in Inflammatory response might play an importment role in the pathogenesis of CHD, Hs-CRP and IL-6 more significant to predict the occurrence and development of cardiovascular.
