单中心长期血液透析人群生活质量横断面研究

目的对单中心终末期肾病患者的健康相关的生活质量进行横断面研究,分析这一特殊人群的生活质量特征。方法病例选择自解放军总医院第二附属医院器官移植中心肾内科维持性血液透析6个月以上的患者,采用KDQOL-SFTM1．3量表进行横断面问卷调查,根据KDQOL-SFTMVeraion1．3／1．2:AManualforuseandscoring计分,采用TheKidneyDiseaseQualityofLife(KDQOLTM)WorkingGroup提供的KDQOL-SFTMVersion1．3ScoringProgram(v3．O)登记汇总数据,应用SSPS分析数据。结果大部分患者的生活质量分值偏低,女性比较男性在SexF和SoS两个领域分值高,具有统计学意义,全部患者数据的临床相关性分析显示患者的年龄和营养状况对生活质量分值有较大影响。结论患者健康相关的生活质量整体水平较低,建议把改善健康相关的生活质量做为评价医疗水准的重要参数。

A mono-center cross-sedional study of quality of life of chronic dialysis population

Objective TO carry out a cross-sectional analysis of the health-related quality of life (HRQOL) in end-stage renal disease(ESRD) patients, and to find the HRQOL characteristic of these patients. Methods chronic dialysis patients who had been dialyzed more than 6 months were enrolled and KD QOL-SF 1. 3 questionair were used in this study. And scores were given according to KDQOL-SFTM Versionl. 3/1. 2: A Manual for use and scoring. KDQOL-SFTM Version 1.3 Scoring Program (v 3. 0)provided by The Kidney Disease Quality of Life (KDQOLTM) Working Group was used to collect data. Results The HRQOL scores in most patients were low, and SexF and SoS scores in female patients were higher than those in male patients. Our result showed significant differences. The clinical correlation analysis showed that age and nutritional situation had great effect on HRQOL. Conclusions The HRQOL score in patients is low. These results could provide researchers and clinicians a more useful measure of HRQOL. HRQOL should be used as an important index to evaluate the clinical treatment level.
