| 摘 要： | 腔镜甲状腺手术能实现传统手术无法达到的美容效果，倍受青年女性的青睐，而术后颈部无任何疤痕的乳晕入路是目前最理想的方法。本就乳晕入路腔镜甲状腺切除的方法、适应证及并发症等相关问题做一介绍。

| Abstract: | Compared with conventional thyroidectomy, endoscopic thyroidectomy achieves better cosmetic result with minimal incision in concealed place. At present, endoscopic thyroidectomy via breast areola approach is the best method. In this paper, the method,indications and complications of endoscopic thyroidectomy via areola approach were reviewed. |
