血浆同型半胱氨酸的含量与中青年脑梗死之间关系的探讨

目的　探讨血浆同型半胱氨酸的含量与中青年脑梗死之间的关系以及血浆同型半胱氨酸浓度的影响因素。方法　检测 4 0例中青年脑梗死患者的血浆同型半胱氨酸 (hcy)的浓度 ;正常对照组 4 0例。结果　青年脑梗死患者血浆hcy高于青年对照组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,中年脑梗死患者血浆hcy高于中年对照组 ,青年脑梗死患者血浆hcy高于中年脑梗死患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。在中年组男女之间hcy的差异具有显著性 (P <0 .0 5 )。青中年两组中高血压性脑梗死患者的hcy水平均高于同年龄组单纯脑梗死患者 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论　hcy确实是脑梗死的一个重要发病因素 ,并且hcy对青年脑梗死的影响要大于中年人。雌激素水平对血浆hcy也有影响 ,高hcy血症与高血压性脑梗死有关

Relationship between plasma homocysteine concentration and the ischemic stroke in young and middle-aged adults

Objective To discuss the relationship between plasma homocysteine concentration and the ischemic stroke in young and middle-aged adults,and influence factors of the plasma homocysteine concentration.Methods The plasma levels of homocysteine in 80 subjects were measured by high-performance liquid chroma- tography.Subjects included 40 ischemic stroke patients.Other 40 subjects of healthy sex-and age-matched adults were served as controls.Results The plasma homocysteine concentrations in ischemic stroke patients were higher than in controls.The concentrations in young ischemic stroke patients were higher than in middle-aged patients.The concentrations in middle-aged male ischemic stroke patients were higher than in middle-aged female patients.And the concentrations in ischemic stroke patients with hypertension were higher than the patients without hypertension.Conclusion homocysteine level is one of the important risk factors in ischemic stroke,and has more influence in young patients than in middle-aged patients.Estrogen levels have influence on homocysteine levels,and the homocysteine levels have relationship with hypertension ischemic stroke.
