| 摘 要： | 目的 评价帕歌斯治疗老年类风湿关节炎的临床疗效与安全性。方法将44例老年类风湿关节炎患者随机分为两组，其中治疗组22例采用帕歌斯治疗，对照组22例采用双氯芬酸钠治疗，疗程均为8周。对比两组治疗前后的症状改善及不良反应发生率。结果治疗后患者的疼痛、僵硬、功能活动受限改善程度两组相比无统计学差异（P〉0．05），治疗组不良反应发生率低于对照组（P〈0．001）。结论帕歌斯治疗老年类风湿性关节炎可以有效改善老年类风湿关节炎患者的疼痛、僵硬、功能受限症状。疗效与双氯芬酸钠相当，但不良反应发生率更低，值得在临床推广。
