美宝创疡贴治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效观察及护理

目的：观察美宝创疡贴治疗糖尿病足溃疡的临床疗效,并总结其护理经验.方法：将41例糖尿病足溃疡患者随机分为观察组（21例）和对照组（20例）,观察组用美宝创疡贴覆盖溃疡面,对照组采用常规外科换药法,2组均以无菌纱布覆盖、固定,于出院时比较治疗效果.结果：观察组有效率显著高于对照组（P＜0.05）,且住院周期明显缩短.结论：糖尿病足溃疡患者在全身综合治疗的基础上配合局部应用美宝创疡贴治疗,能明显缩短伤口愈合时间,提高伤口治愈率.

Clinical Efficacy and Nursing of MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot Ulcers

Objective： To observe the effect of MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers, and sum up the nursing experience. Methods： 41 patients with diabetic foot ulcers were randomly divided into observation group （n = 21 ） and control group （n= 20）. When changing dressing, MEBO Dressing for Accelerating Wound Healing was used for observation group, and the general Western medicine dressing for control group. The clinical efficacy was observed compared when these patients left hospital. Results： The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than control group, and the hospitalization period of observation group had been shortened notably. Conclusion： On the base of comprehensive treatment for diabetic foot ulcers, local application of MEBO Dressing can decrease the time in hospital and raise the cure rate.
