| 摘 要： | 实施网络化管理以前，住院费用报价不准确、病人欠费严重、票据管理混乱、收费缺乏透明度等问题，一直是住院病人费用管理过程中存在的难点，医院实施计算机网络化管理后，这些难点问题基本得到了解决。

| Abstract: | Before implementing computer network, there are many problems in hospitalization expense management, such as the quoted price of hospitalization expense is not accurate; patients are in debt to hospital; receipt management is confused; and charge is not obvious, and so on. After implementing computer network, these problems are basically resolved. |
