| 摘 要： | 报告10年来收住冠心病监护病室老年急性下壁心肌梗塞39例,并将其与同期内收往的老年急性前壁心肌梗塞93例,非老年急性下壁心肌梗塞59例对比分析。症状不典型.无痛型较多,胃肠道反应常见.出现房室传导阻滞机会多.肌酸磷酸激酶峰值低为老年急性下壁心肌梗塞的临床特征。

| Abstract: | 39 patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction,aged 60 and over,admitted to our coronarycare unit from January 1980 to December 1989,were studied. They were compared with 59 cases of a-cute inferior myocardial infarction,aged less than 60,and 93 cases of acute anterior myocardial infarc tion, aged 60 and over. The clinical features of the acute inferior myocardial infarction were discussed.The symptoms of chest pain rarely occurred in the patients with acute inferior myocardial infarction.But gastrointestinal symptoms were commonly seen. The occurrence of A--V block was frequent. Thepeak value of serum creatine phosphokinase(CPK)in this type of AMI was lower than that in othertypes. |
