注意缺陷多动障碍临床亚型行为问题

目的 比较注意缺陷多动障碍（ADHD）临床亚型和正常儿童的行为问题；探讨感觉统合失调与行为问题的关系。方法 将符合DSM-Ⅳ ADHD诊断标准者92例分为PI型56例，HI型8例、CT型28例，比较ADHD临床亚型和正常儿童的行为问题及感觉统合失调与行为问题的关系。结果 ADHD组PI、HI、CT型存在行为问题者分别为22例、2例、20例，各亚型行为问题的发生率分别为39．3％、25％、71．4％。差异有显著性（X^2=9．558，P=0．008），两两比较显示PI与CT差异有显著性（X^2=7．714，P=0．005）。HI与CT差异显著（X^2=3．859，P=0．049）。ADHD组感觉统合功能正常者、轻度失调者、重度失调者行为问题发生率分别为23．1％、31．8％、59．6％，差异有显著性（X^2=8．644，P=0．013）。结论 ADHD各临床亚型行为问题发生率不同，以混合型最高；ADHD合并感觉统合失调者更易出现行为问题。

The study of behavior problems in different subtypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder ZHAO

Objective To analysis the behavior problems of the subtypes of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, explore the relationship of sensory integration function and behavior problems in ADHD. Methods 92 children fulfilled ADHD criteria of DSM-IV were further divided into 3 subtypes: predominantly inattentive (PI, 56cases), predominantly hyperactive-impulsive (HI, 8cases) and combine type (CT, 28cases). Compare the behavior problems and sensory integration function of subtypes of ADHD and 83 normal children. Results The incidence of behavior problems in children with ADHD (47.8%) was significantly higher than that in control group (13.25%), and significant differences in incidences of behavior problems were found between the three subtypes.The incidence of sensory integrative dysfunction (SID) in children with ADHD was significantly higher than that in control group, ADHD with severe SID showed higher incidence of behavior problems than that with mild SID and without SID.Conclusion The incidence of behavior problems in children with ADHD-CT was significantly higher than PI and HI.ADHD with SID was more inclined to have behavior problems.
