Abstract:Aim To establish an HPLC method for the determination of paracetamol granules.Methods Waters Sunfire C_I8 column(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)was used with phosphate buffering solution(pH 4.5)-methanol(80∶20)as the mobile phase.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1.The UV detection wavelength was 254 nm,and the column temperature was 30℃.Results The calibration curve of paracetamol was linear in the range of 0.05~0.40 g·L-1(r=1.0).The average recovery(n=5)was 99.9% and RSD was 0.59%.Conclusion The method is accurate,reliable,and can be used for the determination of paracetamol granules.
