肺结核板式组合药化疗的依从性因素分析

目的分析肺结核病人化疗依从性的影响因素,并探讨其解决方法。方法对2008年1月1日～2009年6月31日在我市疾控中心结防门诊用抗结核板式组合药治疗的188例肺结核病人,采取统一的调查表进行调查分析。结果病人规律服药率为61.7%,病人化疗依从性受多方面因素影响,依次为医生对病人的健康教育、结核病知识知晓情况、病人年龄、实施DOTS督导管理质量、药物不良反应。结论各级医院医生加强与结核病人沟通及防痨宣教,提高结核病的知晓率,重视肺结核病人的督导管理,减少药物的不良反应,是提高结核病人治疗依从性的重要措施。

Compliance factors analyis of plate combination chemotherapy for tuberculosis drug

Aim To analyze the compliance factors of tuberculosis chemotherapy,and to explore the solutions.Methods A uniform questionnaire was adopted to analyze 188 patients who were treated by combination of anti-tuberculosis drugs plate in our center for disease control and prevention from January 1,2008 to June 31,2009.Results Medication regular rater of patients was 61.7%.Compliance with chemotherapy of patients was affected by various factors,health education for patients by doctors of tuberculosis,tuberculosis knowledge,patients age,quality of management supervision on implementation of DOTS,and adverse reactions of drugs.Conclusion Doctors at all levels should enforce communication and prevent consumptive mission with patients,raise awareness of tuberculosis,attach importance to supervision and management of tuberculosis patients,reduce adverse drug reactions,which are important measures to improve compliance of tuberculosis treatment.
