Effects of shenqifuzheng injection on immune function and the quality of life in patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia

Aim To observe the effects of Shenqifuzheng injection（SFI）on enhancing immune function and improving the quality of life in patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia.Methods 80 patients were divided into 2 groups,the treatment group（n=32）treated with DA plus SFI,and the control group（n=28）treated with DA alone.The remission rate,clinical symptom and adverse reaction of two groups were observed.Meanwhile we observed the level of immunoglobulin（IgA,IgG,IgM）T lymphocyte subsets CD＋_3♂,CD＋_4♂,CD＋_4♂/ CD＋_8♂ in blood before and after treatment.We also observed the change of the quality of life in patients.Results In the treatment group,levels of immunoglobulin（IgA,IgG,IgM）and T lymphocyte subsets（CD＋_3♂,CD4＋,CD4＋/ CD8＋）were significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion Shenqifuzheng injection combined with DA protocol on acute nonlymphocytic leukemia can enhance the immune function and improve the quality of life in patients with acute nonlymphocytic leukemia.
