| 摘 要： | [目的]对风湿性心瓣膜病患者资料及冠脉造影结果进行回顾性分析,探讨其合并冠心病的危险因素。[方法]收集分析本院2006—2009年风湿性心瓣膜病,且符合换瓣手术指征、年龄50岁的患者130例资料。[结果]130例风湿性心瓣膜病患者中合并冠心病18例(13.9%)。合并冠心病组年龄较非冠心病组大。冠心病组合并糖尿病和高血压者较多。[结论]高龄风湿性心瓣膜病患者,合并糖尿病和(或)高血压是合并冠心病的主要危险因素。

| Abstract: | [Objective] To analyze the data of rheumatic heart valve disease（RHD） and coronary angiography（CAG） of heart disease cases by retrospective study for exploring the risk factors combined with coronary heart disease（CHD）.[Method] Totally 130 cases aged 〉50 with CAG were collected and analyzed from January 2006 to November 2009 in the hospital.[Result] The percentage of RHD combined with CHD was 13.9%（18/130）.The percentage of CHD group with diabetes and hypertension were higher than that of non-CHD group.[Conclusion] Combing with diabetes and（or） hypertension for RHD are the risk factors for suffering with CHD. |
