开腹阑尾切除术感染危险因素logistic回归分析

目的]研究阑尾切除手术部位感染的危险因素。方法]回顾性调查376例开腹阑尾切除术患者,切口感染者为病例组,无感染者为对照组。对危险因素进行分析。结果]手术部位总感染率为7.7%(29/376)。单因素分析筛选出性别、年龄、麻醉类型、手术类型、ASA分级、糖尿病、切口类型、手术持续时间、术前白细胞计数和住院天数等有统计学意义;多因素logistic回归分析筛选出年龄、麻醉类型、糖尿病、切口类型、手术持续时间等5个危险因素。结论]高龄、全麻、糖尿病、污染切口和手术持续时间60 min等,是阑尾切除术手术部位感染的危险因素。

Study on the Risk Factors of Surgical Site Infection of Open Appendectomy in Surgery by Logistic Regression Analysis

Objective] To study risk factors of surgical site infection of open appendectomy in surgery.Methods] Totally 376 open appendectomy patients were analyzed by retrospective study.The case and control groups were with surgical site infection and non-infection respectively.The risk factors were analyzed by logistic regression.Results] The total infection rate was 7.7%（29/376）.There were ten factors related to the infection by single-factor logistic egression analysis,which were gender,age,anesthesia type,surgical type,ASA classification,diabetes,surgical wound classification,operation duration,preoperative leucocyte count and hospital days.And age,anesthesia type,diabetes,surgical wound classification and operation duration were five risk factors by multiple logistic regression analysis.Conclusions] Risk factors of surgical site infection of open appendectomy are the elderly,general anesthesia,diabetes,contaminated cuts and operation duration more than 60 minutes.
