湘潭市城区7～18岁儿童青少年生长发育变化趋势分析

目的]分析湘潭市儿童青少年1985—2005年生长发育趋势,为制定干预措施提供依据。方法]用市城区5所中学、4所小学,1985年、1995年和2005年7～18岁儿童青少年(儿少)体质调研资料,分析其身高、体重、胸围、BMI和肺活量的变化趋势,并进行比较。结果]20年来城区儿少的身高、体重、胸围和BMI均明显增长,肺活量呈下降趋势(前后10年分别下降76～83 ml和196～231 ml)。生长发育趋势有明显的年龄、性别和阶段特征。结论]湘潭市7～18岁儿少生长发育呈明显长期趋势,但肺功能发育迟滞或倒退。提示新形势下教育、卫生部门防治儿少疾病任务艰巨。

Changing Trend Analysis of Growth and Development on Urban Youth Aged 7-18 in Xiangtan Area

Objective] To analyze growth and development change trend of urban youth from 1985 to 2005 for their health promotion in Xiangtan City.Methods] Using physical research data aged 7-18 students in five middle and four elementary schools in 1985,1995 and 2005,the changing trends of height,body weight,chest circumference,BMI and vital capacity were analyzed and compared.Result] In the 20 years,the height,body weight,chest circumference and BMI of students increased significantly,but the vital capacity decreased（The 1st and 2nd 10 years were 76-83 ml and 196-231 ml respectively）.The growth and development changing trends showed obvious characteristics of age,gender and stages.Conclusion] The growth and development of aged 7-18 in Xiangtan urban youth show obvious secular trends,but the lung function development is not so satisfactory.It is suggested that the health promotion of the urban youth should be strengthened in the future.
