| Abstract: | We report a case of right-sided heart failure associated with multiple myeloma. Amyloidosis was proven by rectal biopsy. In this case we were able to demonstrate myocardial disease by using tissue Doppler echocardiography, even in the presence of cardiac tamponade. |
